Filters out particles, solid aerosols (smoke, dust) and liquid aerosols (mist). Suitable for eg wood processing, quartz dust, metal particles, polishing dust and protects against chemical dust, clay dust, concrete dust, bacteria, viruses and light radioactive particles.
P3 filtration classification: Filtration efficiency at least 99% (for a particle size of 0.6 micrometers). NPF (Nominal Protection Factor): 30.
Meets the requirements of CE EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009 and exceeds them by a significant margin. All GVS cup-type filtering half-masks have been tested according to the voluntary dolomite test for Class D: The test measures the filtration efficiency from particles simulating mining conditions, and the shield should provide lower respiratory resistance for longer.
