Target audience:
Everyone working and moving on roofs: Construction industry, snow cleaners, maintenance, chimney sweepers etc.
Goal:
Approach the work area safely, choose and prepare safe anchor points, learn the differences and benefits of different attachment points on a harness both from ergonomic and safety point of view and work safely on roofs.
Content:
-Identifying risks
-Choosing the right PPE and use them safely
-Choosing and preparation of anchor points
-Approaching and departing the work area safely
-Basic self-rescue when hanging on a lanyard
Additional information:
Participation to basic training does not require previous experience of work at height.
Available in Finnish and English.
Can be organized at the end customer facility or at Vandernet Training Center in Helsinki.
