Dedicated to FTTx applications, the GIGAMEDIA GGM 48FLOORBOX makes it possible to manage the addition (or connection) of subscriber service cables to the riser cable by fusion splicing or with connectors. Equipped with 2 pre-cuts allowing cable tapping for junctions or derivations, it offers high flexibility when installing fibre optics in residential or commercial building premises. The management of micro-modules coming from the riser cable is possible, thanks to an independent spooling and storage area fixed at the bottom of the box, designed to organize and route the fibres properly to the splice trays. This box can also serve as Building Entry Point.
